      Sometimes there are users whose needs and privileges evolve over time, from just needing to submit meeting requests to being more involved in aspects of meeting planning or onsite execution. That's why we're developing an improved way for you to upgrade Access Portal Users to Account Users.

      Administrators and portal managers will be able to upgrade an Access Portal user to an Account User and select the desired user role for this user to have, once converted. The new Account User will maintain all of their historical membership to Access Portals, their submitted requests, and all of the reports and other content that's been published to them in the Access Portal.
