Abstract Management - Planner-defined speaking roles

Content Managers frequently identify several different speaking roles in their events -- Speaker, Co-Speaker, Presenter, Moderator, Panelist, etc. In addition, some of these speaking roles are associated with specific types or categories of sessions. For example, a "Panel" session may need Moderators and Panelists, but not Speakers.

To improve the overall quality of submissions, Content Managers will now be able to configure speaking roles in the Abstract submission form, and link those roles to specific session categories or presentation formats, to ensure that the correct roles are identified in the submissions. These configured speaking roles will sync correctly to the event when sessions are approved. As part of this update, the Abstract Management workflow will no longer assume that the submitter of the submission is a speaker.
