Abstract Management - Submitter groups and visibility rules

STAGE: Development

Content Managers may need to limit abstract submission forms to specific audiences. For example, employees, customers, partners, or sponsors may require different information in the submission process. Planners will now be able to define groups for submitters, and create automated rules based on submitters' email domain to assign submitters to specific groups. Planners will also be able to manually add submitters to specific groups as needed.

Content Managers will also be able to configure visibility rules to submission forms. For example, a configured submission form may only be visible to an "employee" group of submitters.

Using these tools, Content Managers will be able to personalize the submission experience more effectively, and ensure that submissions are focused and targeted to their intended audience.
