AI Validations for Meeting Request Forms
Meeting Request Forms often capture important planning and governance details early in the event lifecycle, but requesters do not always have the right information on hand or know how to answer every field correctly. As a result, forms are often submitted with placeholder, incomplete, or inaccurate answers, creating downstream rework for planners and admins.
AI Validations helps improve submission quality before a request reaches planners. When a requester clicks Next or Submit, the system evaluates selected answers against planner-defined rules and flags responses that may need attention.
Administrators can configure AI validation rules directly in the Meeting Request Form Designer for targeted fields, defining what valid input should look like, what should be avoided, and whether a rule should appear as a warning or require correction before the requester can move forward. In the initial beta, forms support up to 25 AI validations, including up to 8 hard-block rules.
By helping requesters catch and correct issues at the point of entry, organizations can:
reduce planner rework by improving the quality of submissions before they enter workflow
give requesters clearer, more actionable feedback so they can fix issues with greater confidence
maintain stronger control over submission quality with configurable warnings and hard stops where appropriate
