To address the challenges with today’s Meeting Request Forms (MRFs), we’re reimagining the experience as a guided, streamlined process that helps every requester “get it right the first time” and gives planners clean, usable data they can use to start sourcing and planning their events.

Throughout the request form, we'll be providing contextual guidance and explanations, reducing confusion and guesswork for new and occasional users.

Requesters will be able to leverage historical meeting requests to help them fill out new requests, streamlining the process.

Administrators will be able to establish AI-driven quality controls before requests are submitted, going far beyond simple requiredness checks on fields to ensuring reasonable data is entered throughout the request.

By turning the meeting request intake into a guided, error-resistant workflow, organizations can:

      • Accelerate event pipeline progress through fewer abandoned forms and faster approvals

      • Lower operational costs by reducing manual clarification, corrections, and resubmissions. Planners spend less time chasing missing information or clarifying intent and more time actually moving meetings through the pipeline.

      • Improve user satisfaction for both requesters and planners with a clearer, more intuitive experience
