    Automatic Event Creation in New Workflow

      With this release, we will be improving how Admin Users setup up automatic event creation as a part of an organization's meetings management workflow.

      The settings to automatically create events associated with meeting requests are being centralized within the Workflow page of Meetings Management, bringing them closer to the other automated actions that admins set up for their accounts like email notifications and triggers.
      Event creation is now an Action within a given workflow configuration, and admins will gain more flexible controls to auto‑create the right event type (Standard Event, Essentials, Webinar) with a new action on workflow configuration.

      Admins can combine several actions into a single workflow configuration, greatly simplifying and reducing the number of settings in their account. And each workflow configuration provides significantly improved flexibility and logic around when the actions fire, with admins able to define up to 10 advanced rules that can be combined with AND logic or OR logic.

      This unlocks an entirely new capability for Auto Event Creation, allowing organizations to create events only when the appropriate criteria is met. Previously, events were always created when meeting requests reached a particular status or never created.
