Venue Recommendations

Venue Recommendations is a new, standalone venue sourcing experience that lets planners articulate basic event requirements to our AI chatbot using natural language and receive a curated set of venue recommendations tailored to their needs. Planners may refine their results by chatting back and forth with the AI, and can even add venues to their RFP Venue List right from the tool.

By combining the enormous amount of world knowledge possessed by today’s leading large language models with the extensive venue data from the Cvent Supplier Network, we aim to deliver high-quality recommendations to planners and streamline the venue sourcing process.

We plan to announce this product in the roadmap sessions and will be rolling it out initially to a limited set of users in a closed beta this summer.
