We’ve consistently heard from both hotels and event organizers that the physical guest room types in a hotel’s inventory system are not organized in a way you'd like to present to your attendees. We are excited to solve this problem with the introduction of Room Categories. Now you can create custom room categories to group multiple room types together reducing the number of options displayed to attendees. All without needing to manipulate the Hotel’s inventory. This greatly simplifies the booking process by eliminating manual reconciliation of room types for "run-of-house" bookings. Within each category, organizers can sell room types based on specified order or randomly.
