Passkey: Enhanced RezHUB and Room Lists

RezHUB is a reservation transfer tool that allows hotels to securely process and retrieve reservations for Passkey events. It supports both Passkey integrated & non-integrated hotels. In fact, RezHUB is crucial for allowing non-integrated hotels to participant in your Citywide events.   Recently, we've heard feedback from our Event Organizers that there were a lot of growing pains coming out of the pandemic. With Hotels having newer employees, some of which who may not be all that familiar with their own hotel's inventory systems, let alone be familiar with Passkey RezHUB. So it's for that reason alone, ensuring you have successful Citywide events, that we invested in the RezHUB and Room List enhancements.

What's Changed in RezHUB?

We have refreshed the Rezhub experience with a sleek new design and upgraded features that enhance usability and streamline workflows. The updates include collapsible sections and a simplified room list process, all designed to improve user clarity and efficiency. These changes make it easier than ever to navigate, search, and manage reservations effectively.

• New Look & Feel: We modernized the UI for a clean, consistent, and visually engaging experience. We also improved accessibility with better contrast and spacing.

• Collapsible Sections: Rezhub Steps Section is now collapsible/expandable, allowing users to focus only on relevant steps. The Advanced Search Section can now be toggled open or closed based on user preference.

• Key steps are tailored and highlighted based on the user's role.

What's Changed in the Room List Workflow?

Additionally, within the RezHUB updates, we’ve redesigned the Room List popup to make it more intuitive and efficient. Key steps have been merged to streamline the process while keeping all functionality intact.

What's next?

In addition to these enhancements, the Passkey team is hard at work with additional reservation delivery simplification enhancements planned for the third quarater of this year. Specifically

• Automated Welcome Emails - if you are planning a Citywide event, rather than you having to manually send welcome emails to hotels, we've decided to automate that for you. Now, Passkey will automatically send out those welcome emails on your behalf.

  • Including customized content that has specific messaging geared towards both integrated hotels and non-integrated hotels.
