Passkey: Pricing Transparency - Phase I

Throughout the year the Passkey product management team has continued to invest in the attendee booking experience. With this latest release, we enhanced the booking site to comply with the Federal Trade Commission's recent legislation regarding pricing transparency. Making it easier for attendees to accurately compare prices between hotels. Summary of changes:

• Hotels are now able to add and display mandatory fees in a way that is compliant with these new regulations. This is configured at the hotel level.

• But moreover, you as the Organizer, have full control of all taxes & fees at the event level, to customize them to fit your needs.

What's next?

In the Q3, we plan to extend the current capabilities to add additional granular rate breakdowns throughout the booking site, and confirmation emails.
