The Event Knowledge Base is a feature of the Attendee Assistant that allows planners to upload organization- or event-specific content from external sources, giving the assistant the context it needs to provide a truly personalized attendee experience.
Attendees need to feel that an event is tailored to their needs, and planners and marketers want to leverage AI to create that experience. But not all important data lives in Cvent. The Event Knowledge Base bridges that gap — allowing planners to feed the Attendee Assistant, which lives within the Attendee Hub Event App, information it wouldn't otherwise have access to. This way, when attendees interact with it, it can respond to queries and help them accomplish their goals more efficiently using information specific to your organization and event.
