      Problem Statement

      When an event uses Cvent as its badge vendor, the Jifflenow mobile app cannot scan attendee badges within the app. Customers must rely on third-party lead capture solutions like iCapture for check-ins, leading to additional operational complexity.

      1. Users with scan permissions can scan Cvent badges directly within Jifflenow mobile & tablet apps.

      2. Auto Check-in attendees with scheduled meetings.

      3. CSM-Controlled Setup for seamless configuration at the event level.

        1. Jifflenow Mobile App: Enables badge scanning and automatic check-in based on event settings.

        2. iPad/Tablet App & Web App Platform: Supports both badge scanning and check-ins for upcoming meetings, as well as adding attendees to non-participating meetings.
