Jifflenow: Empowering Meeting Managers to Update Campaign & Organization IDs for SFDC Integration

Currently, updates to Campaign ID or Organization ID for existing meetings are handled manually by Jifflenow’s Support and Engineering teams via backend scripts.

Two common scenarios are:

1. Missing Campaign ID: Meetings created without a Campaign ID don’t sync to Salesforce, and customers request bulk updates.

2. Incorrect Campaign ID: Customers want to replace an existing Campaign ID across many meetings.

Key Highlights

• Allow Meeting Managers to update Campaign ID and Organization ID directly from the Outbound Meeting Form section of the Engagement Type settings.

• When either of the IDs is updated, a confirmation pop-up is displayed. Upon confirmation, the background job is triggered to apply the updates — no support or manual scripts are required.
