Jifflenow: Improvements to Reminder Summary Emails and Configurations

    STAGE: Development
    TABLE OF CONTENTS:

The current Meeting Reminder summary email lacks customization options and has rigid scheduling controls, which impact reminder effectiveness resulting in manual effort.

      Key Highlights

      Improvements to Reminder Summary Emails

      1. Inclusion of missing context: Emails will include the event name and the specific dates for which reminders were sent, making it easy to track

      2. Removal of confusing labels: Users without scheduled meetings are marked as "Failed Records," which incorrectly implies an error, creating confusion and unnecessary follow-ups. This will be replaced with an accurate error message, "No reminders sent due to no scheduled meetings."

Improvements to Control over Summary Email Delivery

      1. Ability to Enable/Disable Emails: MMs must receive reminder summary emails, even if they are irrelevant to their workflow. The default state will be ON.

      2. Ability to Choose Recipients: MMs will be able to select recipients for summary emails, such as support staff or event owners, to receive these summaries.

      3. CSV download will be structured by including the following data:
Attendee Name, Role, Reminder Sent (Yes/No), and Meeting IDs and will be alphabetically sorted for easy scanning.

Improvements to the Reminder Settings Menu

      1. The sub-menu option, which displays all the settings of the Reminder feature menu, will be renamed to Configurations for better clarity
