    Jifflenow: MyCvent Login

    STAGE: Development
    TABLE OF CONTENTS:

Enabling a unified login system across Cvent and Jifflenow will streamline the event planning experience, eliminate redundant workflows, and enhance user satisfaction.

Currently, event planners who are both Cvent and Jifflenow users, must log into each platform separately on order to use those offerings. Managing multiple login credentials is time consuming and inefficient, especially for when using both platforms frequently.

      Proposed Solution:

Leverage MyCvent Login that allows users to authenticate once in MyCvent and seamlessly access Jifflenow without additional login prompts. This unified login will improve usability and encourage event planners to use both platforms as part of a cohesive event management workflow.

      1. Unified Access:

        • Planners logged into MyCvent can access Jifflenow directly without a second login.

        • Secure Single Sign-On (SSO) ensures compliance with security standards.

      2. Integration Requirements:

        • Jifflenow must recognize MyCvent credentials for authentication.

        • User session persistence across platforms.

      3. Ease of Use:

        • Users should experience no additional complexity when switching between platforms.

        • Login errors (e.g., mismatched credentials or expired sessions) must display clear, actionable error messages.

      4. Platform Visibility:

        • MyCvent dashboards should include an integrated link to Jifflenow with login-free access.
