Jifflenow: SFDC 5.3
Key Highlights
Conflict Detail Visibility for Non-Meeting Manager Users in Salesforce Book Meeting Flow - In the Salesforce Book Meeting flow, meeting requestors face challenges when scheduling meetings due to limited visibility into conflict details—a capability already available on our web platform. This is intended to reduce potential scheduling errors, as users with permission to view all meetings will now be able to access the specific details needed to make informed decisions.
Improved Data Synchronization Between Jifflenow and Salesforce - Currently, users have encountered challenges with certain survey and meeting fields—such as single checkbox, multi-select, number data types, and specific date/time fields—not syncing correctly between Jifflenow and Salesforce. These inconsistencies have resulted in incomplete data within Salesforce, impacting user operations and decision-making.
To address these issues, we are prioritizing the following improvements:
Expanded Survey Field Support: Ensuring that all survey fields—including single checkbox, multiselect, and number datatypes—sync seamlessly from Jifflenow to Salesforce.
Meeting Field Reliability: Resolving issues where single checkbox fields within meetings fail to sync, so that all meeting data is accurately reflected in Salesforce.
Robust Batch Syncing: Enhancing batch synchronization processes to support checkbox and date/time fields, eliminating failures and ensuring complete data transfer during bulk operations.
Flexible options to create the Salesforce activity only after meeting approval - Currently, activities are created even if the meeting is still pending approval, leading to cluttered reports and unnecessary Salesforce notifications prompting users to add notes for meetings that may never occur. Customer Success Managers / Professional Services team can configure this based on business needs.
