Passkey: Attendee Booking Experience - Hotel Selection Screen

The Passkey attendee booking experience is getting a modern redesign to improve usability and functionality for multihotel and citywide events. This update specifically makes the hotel selection process even easier for attendees to find the right hotel that suites their needs.

As an Event Organizer, your attendee's experience booking hotel accommodations is one of the first interactions that sets the tone for your event, and builds a perception of what's to come.  That's why we took the time to think through every click that your guests may encounter, to ensure they have the most user friendly, quick, and enjoyable experience.

What's changed?

• The new default Tile view allows attendees to browse more hotels per page, enhancing the overall browsing experience.

• Improved List view, including updated hotel cards with better picture carousel and hotel descriptions.

• Redesigned rates and availability treatment (you can see all available rooms in the hotel), as well as hotel details like description, images, amenities, and more.

• Updated Top navigation menu with new styling and UI enhancements.

What's next?

• May 2025 - the ability to log-in and authenticate into a Hotel's Rewards Program directly from the Passkey booking site. (MGM launching in May with others to follow).

• Q3 2025 - continued focus on enhancing the attendee booking experience with a redesigned Map View of the Hotel selection screen, as well as a fully redesigned Room selection screen.
