Access Portal Reports for Portal Managers

We will be making available two standard reports for Access Portal managers to aid in their supervision of active Access Portals.

First, we'll be releasing an Email History report, which will allow managers to verify emails sent from Access Portal to their guests, the timing, and whether the emails were delivered successfully.

The second report is a Login History report, which will aid managers in troubleshooting and verifying the date and time that various users logged into the Access Portal. This report can also help depict how broadly adopted an Access Portal is within an organization by letting you measure traffic.
