Cross Event Insights: Sharing Event Groups
This enhancement will enable event planners and marketers to seamlessly share custom event groups they’ve created with other users or user groups within their Cvent account. Users can choose to share event groups with all account users, specific individuals, or designated user groups, ensuring the right stakeholders have visibility into key event program performance.
Recipients of shared groups will be able to view and copy these groups for their own analysis, while account admins retain the ability to edit, re-share, or delete shared groups as needed. In-app notifications will alert users when a new group is shared with them, and robust access controls ensure that only users with the appropriate permissions can view or manage shared groups. This collaborative capability streamlines cross-team insights, improves transparency, and empowers teams to make more informed, data-driven decisions about their event strategies.
