Organizing an event often starts with a brief, an RFP, last year’s event, or a collection of ideas and turns into hours of setup. What if you could start by telling the Cvent Assistant what you’re planning, then see how it turns that context into a built-out event in Cvent?

With the Cvent Assistant - Event Creation capability, organizers can begin with a prompt or upload relevant assets. The assistant uses that context to build an event brief and configure an event, showing its work along the way so you can review what it selected and how it translated your input into event details. Account administrators can set guardrails through micro-templates to help keep events on-brand and compliant. Event creation is planned for Standard, Essentials, and Webinar events.

Start with requests like:

• “Help me create an event from this brief.”

• “Use last year’s event as a starting point for this year’s.”

• "Help me create an event on x date, in this location, for this audience"
