Cvent Assistant - Insights Capability

The Cvent Assistant - Insights Capability introduces a conversational, in-product chat that lets users ask natural-language questions about their event’s registration and session data—and get clear answers without navigating multiple dashboards or repeating setup steps.

The assistant is designed so users can “ask anything” about registration and session performance, verify numbers, and explore trends and shifts directly in Insights, reducing time-to-insight and manual work.

Planners can ask questions about Registration data and trends, revenue, sessions registration and attendance. Users can also segment the data based on various criteria such as demographics, attendance type, data from registration questions, etc.
