Cvent Assistant - Session Engagement Configuration Capability

We're excited to introduce a powerful new capability for the Cvent Assistant that transforms session engagement setup from a tedious, session-by-session workflow into a fast, AI-guided experience. Configuring Q&A, Chat, Polling, and moderators across a large, multi-track event agenda is one of the most time-consuming tasks planners face today — requiring them to open each session individually and apply the same settings over and over. By wiring engagement feature configuration directly into the Cvent Assistant, we're turning this into a simple, conversational workflow that scales effortlessly with the size of any event.

Organizers will be able to describe what they want in plain language — such as enabling Q&A and Chat across all breakout sessions on a given day, or assigning the same set of moderators to an entire track — and the Assistant will translate those instructions into consistent, rules-aware changes across the agenda. The initial release will support bulk configuration for Q&A, Chat, and Moderator assignments, with in-context guidance to help planners make informed decisions based on their event goals. For attendees, this means more sessions with live interaction enabled by default — because planners no longer have to choose between getting it right and getting it done.
