    Cvent-JiffleNow Integration

      Cvent customers currently rely on two separate applications: Cvent for managing event registrations and Jifflenow (JN) for scheduling meetings with attendees. This dual-platform usage creates inefficiencies, as registration information from Cvent is not readily available in Jifflenow, and meeting details from Jifflenow are not accessible in Cvent. Integrating these two platforms will ensure that registration information flows from Cvent to Jifflenow, enabling streamlined meeting scheduling, and that meeting information from Jifflenow is synced back to Cvent as appointments, making it accessible in attendees' schedules within the Cvent Attendee Hub and also on the mobile App. 

      Currently, there is a Cvent-JN integration running in Tray, requiring a manual creation of solution instances for each company or event to meet individual customer requirements. The goal of this project is to develop an out-of-the-box (OOTB) integration within Cvent, enabling customers to activate the integration through a self-serve approach, eliminating the need for manual setup, and enhancing overall scalability.
