Email Library
We are introducing an Email Library so program administrators can define reusable, on-brand email content once and event planners can quickly reuse the content across multiple events.
The Email Library is designed to reduce setup time and repetitive work. By turning strong event emails into reusable patterns in the Email Library, planners can launch communication plans much faster and spend less time cloning and editing individual messages.
What you will be able to do
For Standard Events, administrators and event planners will be able to:
Save high-performing emails to an account-level Email Library
Turn any existing event email into a reusable template in the Email Library and pull it into other events as a starting point, instead of rebuilding content from scratch.Reuse library emails when creating or editing event emails
While configuring emails, event planners will be able to insert an email from the library or replace the content of an existing email with a library version, while the event keeps its own theme, header, footer, from name, and from address.Preview library emails before use
Event planners will be able to open emails from the library in the Email Designer and preview how they will appear, before using them in a Standard Event.
