Embedded Collaborative Sessions

Attendee Hub now offers a fully embedded collaborative session experience!

Hosts, speakers, and attendees join the session in Attendee Hub and participate in a fully immersive experience giving all participants direct access to all the built in engagement functions including polls, q&a, chat, reactions, and custom widgets.

Hosts and speakers are considered active participants and can control their camera and microphone and share their screen. Attendees are considered observers and can request to become active participants through a hand raising workflow.

Hosts have the ability to record any embedded collaborative sessions and planners can make the recording available for on demand viewing.
