Enable Attendee Scheduling in App Builder

Clients with Attendee Hub license but not Appointments Premium license can now enable Appointments in the Website and App Builder to allow attendees to book networking meetings with one another at any time and place and reserve personal time on their calendar. There's no set up required for planners to offer a lightweight method for their attendees to network at the event.
