Event Assistant is an AI chatbot that helps prospective attendees get the answers they need to decide to register faster. With this new capability, you will have the option to turn on an AI Assistant for viewers of your Event Websites.

Once on, attendees will be able to navigate the event’s promotional content faster, solicit recommendations, and gain the information they care about most within the chatbot experience. This feature steps into the evaluation stage by surfacing data promoted on your Event Website in an approachable and conversational way - as a response to a question. Attendees can ask the chatbot one of the suggested prompts, or ask their own!
