Exhibitor Follow-Up
We're excited to introduce a seamless integration between LeadCapture and Attendee Hub that transforms the way exhibitors and attendees stay connected after a booth visit. Today, post-scan follow-up lives almost entirely outside the event experience — buried in inboxes that are easy to miss and impossible to organize. This enhancement changes that by making Attendee Hub the system of record for exhibitor follow-up, giving exhibitors a durable in-app presence and giving attendees a single, organized workspace for every connection they make on the show floor.
Booth Staff will utilize an AI-powered writing assistant to generate a personalized follow-up, directly in LeadCapture, at which point Attendee Hub will automatically create a 1:1 message thread between that exhibitor and attendee — mirroring the same resources, links, and documents directly in-app. Attendees will receive a notification and can revisit everything that was shared — without digging through their email — from a dedicated section in My Event. This creates a continuous, in-app engagement channel that extends beyond the booth and beyond the inbox, making it easier for attendees to re-engage on their own timeline and for exhibitors to build on high-intent conversations long after the event day ends.
