      Overview

      With this enhancement, booth staff will be able to send personalized follow-up messages with attached collateral — called "Exhibitor Resources" — directly from the lead scan flow in LeadCapture, available for the first time in all standard events using Exhibitor Management.

      After scanning an attendee badge, staff can select resources (product sheets, case studies, decks, etc.), compose a message, and send — all without leaving the app. While composing a message, An AI Writing Assistant lets staff generate a personalized draft in one tap, drawing on notes in qualification survey responses, event info, and the resources being shared.

      For events running Attendee Hub, the message is also sent in a 1:1 conversation — attendees can find all exhibitors they interacted with in a new "Exhibitors met" section in My Event, reopen shared resources, and continue the dialogue directly in-app, turning a single post-scan email into an ongoing in-app relationship.

      • A follow-up attendees can actually find again. When Attendee Hub is enabled, the LeadCapture message becomes a 1:1 in-app thread — attendees can find it, reply to it, and re-access their resources long after the event ends.

      • Stronger sponsor ROI, easier to prove. In-app interactions and resource engagement give exhibitors and planners measurable signal on post-scan follow-up — making sponsorship value tangible and easier to justify at renewal.

      • Admin control over what gets shared. Exhibitor Admins can configure each resource to appear in both LeadCapture and Attendee Hub, or limit it to Attendee Hub only.

      • Staff stay in control. AI-generated messages are surfaced for review and are fully editable before sending.
