      Through Exhibitor Sales, planners will at last be able to configure, market, and sell Exhibitor and Sponsorship Packages directly to their show floor, in order to facilitate an end-to-end onboarding of their exhibitors on a single platform.

      Website Widgets

      Planners will have access to two new Event Website Widgets to help inform their prospective exhibitors about their event, via the Event Website.

      • Floor Plan Widget: Add an up-to-date representation of the Exhibitor Floor Plan on the Event Website, allowing prospective exhibitors to understand which booths are available, and which are occupied

      • Exhibitor Access Widget: Easily point interested, or onboarded, exhibitors to either the Exhibitor Sign Up page, or the Exhibitor Portal, directly from the Event Website

      Exhibitor Packages

      Exhibitor Packages are being enhanced to support pricing and capacities to facilitate selling directly from the Exhibitor Portal. Event planners can also configure Terms and Conditions that exhibitors must acknowledge before purchase.

      Additionally, event planners can also now configure Exhibitor Quantity Items to add to these packages, to account for any ad hoc sponsorship opportunities that would otherwise not be configurable in standard Exhibitor Packages.

      Exhibitor Statuses and Planner Approvals

      Planners will be able to facilitate proper approvals for exhibitors who have signed up. Pending exhibitors will have limited capabilities within their Exhibitor Portal, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the experience but without committing money until the event planner has approved their presence at the event. This is, of course, configurable.

      Integrated Sales Workflow

      Exhibitors can purchase configured Exhibitor Packages directly from their Exhibitor Portal, and upon completion of payment, will be automatically configured with the Package contents. If the exhibitor is granted a booth through a package sale, or assignment, they can then proceed to select their booth via the existing Booth Management booth selection workflows.

      Team Member Invites and Management

      Event planners and exhibitors alike will also have enhanced Team Member management, allowing registration invitations to be sent for Booth Staff and Associates and the ability to track the invites.
