Faster Team Setup with OnArrival Team Members
With upcoming enhancements to OnArrival Team Members, planners will be able to add larger onsite teams more quickly. This phase introduces bulk team member add functionality to reduce manual setup and make it easier to prepare for events with many temporary or rotating staff.
Why did we build this?
Today, team members must be added one at a time. That creates extra work for larger onsite teams and events with temporary staff, especially when planners need to get many staff members set up in a short window before check-in begins.
What do you need to know?
Planners will be able to add team members in bulk through attendee list selection or CSV upload. This will make it faster to provision onsite staff at scale, reduce repetitive setup work, and help planners get teams ready more efficiently before the event.
