Fee + Payment Setup

Fee + Payment Setup is a new project designed to solve the issues with setting up payments for registration. Payment setup is designed to follow up the Registration Overview page and make creating a paid event for Registration easier. We are looking to address the following problems with Payments:

• Discoverability of the feature to turn on Payments

• Intuitiveness: It is very hard to know where in the event life cycle you should create fees

• Navigation: Uncertainty about where in the menu to create payments

• Points of Frustration: There are too many pitfalls in the creation of payments that cause frustration (adding the Payment widget to the canvas)

• Visualization: It is hard to see the relationship between a person and what they will pay for that item
