Hubspot Consolidated Solutions

Summary

Consolidate the two existing Hubspot offerings into a single solution that has all of the same functionality that each current solution offers, but all under a single product.

Problem

If a customer wants to integrate Cvent with Hubspot, they are presented with 2 different integrations to choose from. Customers have a very difficult time understanding which solution they need. This results in the wrong solutions chosen, or misunderstood expectations along with lower than expected adoption.

The existing solutions also dont fit all customers needs. One solution may do a couple things they need, but not something else, while the other integration fits those needs and not others. This makes it next to impossible for a customer to get what they need and often make compromises based on what we offer.

• Consolidate each Hubspot Integration solution into a single product

• Maintain all functionality from both existing solutions

• Improve configuration user experience

• Create a foundation to continue to build future enhancements
