Hubspot Expanded Mappable Fields

Summary

Cvent's HubSpot integration today exposes only a subset of Cvent fields and HubSpot property types in field mapping. Planners and marketers who want to drive sophisticated, data-complete workflows in HubSpot are blocked: they cannot map to common HubSpot property types (checkboxes, dropdowns, radio selects), and they lack visibility into group registration context (Group Leader / Member / Confirmation Number). The result is an integration that is functional but undersized for serious marketing use cases, pushing customers toward manual workarounds or custom solutions.

Goals

1. Enable mapping to all standard HubSpot property types — including single checkbox (boolean), multiple checkboxes (multi-select), dropdown select, and radio select — for both Contact and Marketing Event objects.

2. Surface group registration context (Group Leader, Group Member, Group Confirmation Number) as mappable Cvent fields within the Registration object.
