Introducing the Apollo.io Integration — a new contact enrichment option that lets mutual Apollo.io and iCapture customers connect their existing Apollo.io account directly to iCapture, bringing the same powerful data enrichment experience to the trade show floor.

Your Apollo data, at the point of capture. Once connected, booth reps can enrich leads with missing contact details — business email, phone number, job title, and more — without ever leaving the iCapture app. The same data your sales team relies on at their desk is now available the moment a badge is scanned or a card is captured.

No new tools. No additional costs. The Apollo.io integration works with the subscription your team already has. Simply connect your account, and iCapture does the rest — filling in the gaps that manual entry and badge scans often leave behind, so every lead arrives in your CRM complete and ready to act on.

With the iCapture–Apollo mutual client integration, shared customers can now:

• Connect their Apollo account to iCapture (at the account level and enabled at the lead form level, based on configuration).

• Enrich a lead directly from the iCapture app whenever key contact fields are missing or incomplete.

• Use core lead attributes—such as name and company—to request enriched data from Apollo.

• Automatically pull back verified contact details—including business email, phone number, job title, department, and company information—which are then stored with the lead and passed through to downstream systems (e.g., CRM, MAP) according to the customer's configuration and permissions.
