iCapture: Booth Email Skip Option
As an enhancement to the Booth Email feature, booth staff now have the option to opt-in to sending a follow up email. This gives more control to the booth staff members on which prospects to send a follow up email to.
Lead Form Updates
If there are no resources attached to share with the prospect there will be a new confirmation page that displays before the edit email page to give the user the option to send an email or capture another lead.
If the user selects "Send Follow-Up Email", they will be presented with a preview of the email and an action to "Send" or "Don't Send".
If there are resources attached to be delivered, this confirmation page will not show and the user will be guided directly to the email delivery screen and have the option to either Send the email or Cancel.
If cancel is selected, the user will be asked to confirm that they don't want to send the follow up email or deliver the resources attached.
