iCapture: Booth Staff Email
Booth reps are currently not able to send a personalized email after capturing a prospect in the booth. Emails are sent by the system and not the end user. This leads to missed opportunities and delays in reconnecting with the prospect after the event. It is often the rep in the booth that knows what needs to be sent to the prospect, not the Event manager who may or may not be at the show.
Now Booth reps will be able to craft custom follow up emails after a capture in the iCapture Mobile Powerscan App. This gives the team in the field the ability to follow up faster with more relevant content from their conversation.
The Event Manager will be able to toggle this functionality On or Off at the Event level, giving them complete control on if they want their team in the field sending these or not.
