iCapture: Continuous Scroll Setting for Self-Service Kiosk

Self-Service kiosk mode will be getting a new template setting allowing for continuous scrolling. Currently the lead form experience of a self-service kiosk is a screen-by-screen flow, allowing for only 1 question per page. This new setting will enable iCapture admins to update any kiosk template with continuous scrolling, allowing for a mobile experience similar to our trade show mode templates.
