iCapture: Custom Labels for Lead Priority & Event Size
Currently, the iCapture Back Office highlights "Priority" leads as a key metric in a client account. This is typically meant to represent the leads that are deserving of human follow up, or qualified leads. However, "Priority" isn't always the preferred term for many clients. This update will give clients the ability to customize the label of "Priority" leads to whatever term the client would prefer.
Additionally, this release will give clients the ability to update the labels for Event Size upon event creation, giving them the ability to segment their events by the terms that they use internally. They can then analyze their event performance using their own designations, providing more insights and more relevant analytics.
These customizations will make the client's back office analytics more meaningful to each client and demonstrate greater value from the trade shows they attend.
Event Managers will be able to view and edit the labels in a new Account Customizations page from the Settings Menu.
