iCapture: Daily Lead Action Report
Managing leads at a live event means juggling a lot at once. When processing issues arise — like leads missing required fields, parked captures that never got submitted, or a CRM sync that quietly failed — they can go unnoticed until after the event, when it's too late to do much about them.
The Daily Lead Action Report changes that. Each morning during your event, iCapture automatically checks the status of your leads and sends a summary to your Event Contact highlighting anything that needs attention. No logging in to find out something's wrong — the alert comes to you.
What's included:
Parked leads — See how many leads have been captured but not yet completed and submitted, broken down by lead form.
Incomplete leads — Know when captures are missing required contact fields and waiting in your review queue.
Failed integration syncs — Get notified when leads fail to sync to your CRM or marketing automation platform, with a direct link to view error details and reach support.
Each report includes direct links back into the iCapture back office so you can jump straight to the issue and take action — no searching required.
How it works:
The Daily Lead Action Report is opt-in and configured at the event level. When enabled, reports are delivered to the event contact each morning at 8:00 AM ET each morning of the event and the morning after. If everything looks good, no report is sent — you'll only hear from this feature when there's something that needs your attention.
