iCapture: End User Management
iCapture: End User Management
Managing booth reps has always required working outside of iCapture — sharing install codes over email, hoping the right people got the right instructions, and having lagging visibility into who was actually using the app at your events. That changes today.
Introducing End User Management — a new capability that gives event managers full control over who accesses iCapture, all from the Back Office.
Invite and manage reps directly from Back Office.
No more manual install code distribution or offline coordination. Event managers can now invite booth reps by email straight from the platform. Reps receive a verified, direct path to access — and managers always know exactly who's been provisioned and who's active.
Secure login for every rep in the field.
End User Management launches alongside SSO support for end users, giving enterprise teams a secure, IT-approved way for booth staff to authenticate. Reps sign in with their company credentials — no shared passwords, no guesswork about who's who. For organizations that need shared or kiosk device setups, install codes remain available alongside the new login experience.
Know who's capturing, every time.
With reps tied to verified identities rather than shared codes, you get cleaner attribution, stronger accountability, and the kind of user-level visibility that makes post-event reporting actually meaningful.
The bottom line: End User Management brings the same control event managers have over their events and lead forms to the people running them on the floor — so every trade show starts with the right reps, fully set up, before they ever walk through the door.
