iCapture: End User Management
For years, getting booth staff into iCapture meant distributing install codes, trusting reps to set themselves up, and having no real visibility into who was capturing at your events. End User Management changes that — for managers and reps alike.
An events-first experience on the device. When booth staff open the app, they see their events — not a raw form list. Tapping into an event shows their assigned lead forms alongside their lead count and any parked leads. Reps install forms when they're ready, keeping the app fast and intuitive for first-time users.
A real identity for every booth rep. Booth staff get their own verified accounts and log in with their email via a magic link or one-time passcode — no install codes required. When an Event Manager assigns a rep to an event in Back Office, they're ready to go the moment they open the app. No codes to distribute, no instructions to send, no setup required on the rep's end.
Introducing SSO for iCapture end users. Enterprise teams can now enforce company credentials as the only authentication path for booth staff. When App Login SSO is enabled on your account, reps are routed to your identity provider automatically — no fallback to magic links or passcodes. This is net-new functionality for iCapture and directly addresses a top request from enterprise security teams.
Manage your team directly from Back Office. Event Managers can create and assign Booth Staff without needing parent account access. Assign reps to specific events and control which lead forms each person can access. When a new form is added to an event, all assigned reps gain access automatically. Approved domain restrictions let you control which email addresses can register under your account — keeping access locked to your team. For cases where self-assignment is needed, install codes remain supported as a way for reps to add themselves to an event on the fly.
The bottom line: End User Management gives every booth rep a real identity and every Event Manager real control — so you go into every event knowing exactly who's set up, what they have access to, and who's capturing on your behalf.
