iCapture: Group Scan Functionality
We’re excited to introduce our latest feature: Group Scan! This powerful tool is designed to reduce the time your team spends on capturing leads while enhancing the overall experience for booth visitors. With iCapture Group Scan, managing groups of visitors from the same company has never been easier. Instead of capturing contact information and filling out a lead form for each individual, you can now scan multiple badges in one go and attach them to a single conversation. This gives the reps the flexibility to quickly capture all the leads they speak with, making the process more efficient for both your team and your visitors.
Setting Up Group Scan
Group Scan is enabled on all events by default. If you'd like to turn it off for an event, you can turn off the toggle in the Setup Contact Capture section of the Lead Form Setup
Using Group Scan
Once Group Scan is enabled for an event, your representatives will see a "Group Capture" option appear beneath the contact container of their initial badge scan. This option allows them to quickly scan multiple badges from the same company, adding all the relevant leads to one conversation. Each lead captured in the group scan will be recorded as a separate entry in your back-office and will be accurately reflected in your analytics. This ensures that every interaction is tracked, and every potential lead is accounted for.
This feature allows reps to focus on engaging with prospects rather than getting bogged down with repetitive data entry. Group scan is only available for badge scanning and not available for manual entry or business card scan at this time.
