iCapture clients can now add Badge Scanning to their Self-Service Kiosk mode. The badge configuration follows the same setup process as the Trade Show mode, and gives event managers the ability to configure the badge for a prospect-facing kiosk experience.
When enabled, the prospect is given the option to manually add their contact information or scan their badge. Once they scan the badge, their contact details are saved and the kiosk presents the remaining qualifying questions that are set up on the lead form.
