iCapture: Kiosk - Request a Meeting
Clients using the iCapture-Jifflenow integration can now take advantage of the self-service kiosk mode in iCapture. This prospect/customer facing kiosk can be enabled with badge scanning, qualifiers, and the ability for the prospect to request a meeting at the show.
Once the prospect scans their badge, the kiosk guides them through any qualifiers that are set up by the Event Manager from the lead form. After submitting their contact details & qualifiers, the prospect then has the option to "Request a Meeting" followed by a guided experience through Jifflenow's IRP (Inbound Reqest Page). The contact details are automatically carried over from the badge scan, and the prospect simply selects the Engagement Type & Topic(s) to see a list of available time slots.
