iCapture: Pre-Event Instructions
Event managers are currently not able to share pre-event instructions (booth #, dress code, times, etc) with the booth staff through the iCapture app. This means they are having to use another medium (ie Email) to send the install code and event details. In addition to adding users from the Back office, Event Managers want to be able to share key event details with the booth staff all in one place.
Now Events Managers will be able to share pre-event instructions on an event by event basis with the booth reps that are attending the show. This will help Event Managers streamline communication with the on-site staff and give them a space to share goals, objectives and instructions all from the iCapture platform.
The pre-event instructions will show when a new lead form is uploaded to the iCapture Mobile App and then be available in the App menu for future reference as needed.
