iCapture: Zoominfo Integration
iCapture is introducing a new mutual client integration with ZoomInfo that allows shared customers to connect their existing ZoomInfo account directly to the iCapture platform. Once connected, booth staff can enrich captured leads that are missing critical contact details—such as business email, phone number, job title, and company information—without leaving the iCapture app.
This integration leverages the customer’s own ZoomInfo subscription and keeps enrichment fully compliant while dramatically reducing manual data entry and improving lead quality before it ever reaches the CRM.
With the iCapture–ZoomInfo mutual client integration, shared customers can now:
Connect their ZoomInfo account to iCapture (at the client and event/template level, based on configuration).
Enrich a lead directly from the iCapture app whenever key contact fields are missing or incomplete.
Use core lead attributes—such as name, company, and optionally LinkedIn URL—to request enriched data from ZoomInfo.
Automatically pull back verified business email, phone, job title, department, and company details, which are then stored with the lead and passed through to downstream systems (e.g., CRM, MAP) according to the customer’s configuration and permissions.
