Improved Meetings Management Notifications
With this release, we will be improving how Admin Users setup up email notifications as a part of an organization's meetings management workflow. Email notifications are now an Action within a given workflow configuration, within the Workflow page of Meetings Management.
Admins can combine several actions into a single workflow configuration, greatly simplifying and reducing the number of settings in their account. And each workflow configuration provides significantly improved flexibility and logic around when the actions fire, with admins able to define up to 10 advanced rules that can be combined with AND logic or OR logic.
In addition, we're enhancing the experience in creating emails to use the modernized, drag-and-drop email designer that users are familiar with from other parts of Cvent, which makes creating and modifying these notifications much easier.
Finally, we're improving email notifications to now allow admins to define custom "From" email addresses, which lets them provide a tailored experience for the emails sent out to requesters, approvers, and other stakeholders.
