Inactive Speaker updates

Hosts and speakers will now see a visual indicator on their colleagues tiles that indicates when they are speaking. This will make it easy to identify open mics that may need to be muted or know who is speaking if they don't recognize the voice.

We are also improving our status indicator for when a speaker is on stage. Formerly, they would see a green border around the gallery or stage and a green status pill. We are now improving on this to show a green name card under any speakers that are on stage and on the stage itself.
