      What is this feature?

Integration Processing Improvements is an infrastructure enhancement for Splash that is currently in development, and we will start launching them in Q4 2025 and continue beyond in 2026. This upgrade focuses on improving how Splash processes and manages data integrations with external systems by migrating all integration processing to a new, more reliable queue system.

      How will it work?

The new architecture will move all integrations to a fair queuing system, separating out critical queues and optimizing how data is retrieved and processed for each integration event. This will improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of integration processing, especially during periods of high load or with large events. Additional improvements, such as individual queues per integration and replaying on errors, are planned for future quarters.

      Who is this for?

This release is designed for event organizers, IT administrators, and enterprise customers who rely on Splash’s integrations to sync data between Splash and other platforms (CRM, marketing automation, etc.).

      Why should you care?

      • Faster, more reliable data syncs: Reduce delays and failed synchronization, ensuring your event and attendee data stays up to date across systems.

      • Improved scalability: Handle larger events and more complex integration needs without running into system bottlenecks.

      • Enhanced control and visibility: Future updates will provide features like error replay and retriggering integrations, giving users more control over their integration workflows.

      • Reduced risk of outages: Infrastructure improvements aim to minimize incidents that could affect event operations or data visibility.

This development addresses major customer pain points around delayed integrations and system outages, laying the groundwork for additional features and supporting Splash’s growth as a scalable, enterprise-grade platform.
