Integration Processing Improvements - Splitting Queue by Integration

    STAGE: Recently Released
    TABLE OF CONTENTS:

Previously, integrations shared processing queues, so high activity in one integration could delay processing for others. Splash now gives HTTP Request, Marketo, and Cvent integrations their own dedicated processing queues, helping isolate high volumes and support more predictable data syncs.

      • WHAT’S NOW AVAILABLE:

        • Dedicated processing for key integrations: HTTP, Marketo, and Cvent integration syncs now run separately from shared integration processing.

      • WHY IT MATTERS: Separating these high-volume integrations helps reduce the chance that a spike or slowdown in one will delay the others. Your event and attendee data can stay moving between Splash and the connected systems you rely on.

      • HOW TO GET STARTED: No action is required. Continue using your existing HTTP, Marketo, and Cvent integrations as configured.

      • WHAT TO KNOW: This is a behind-the-scenes reliability update with no changes to the Splash interface, integration setup, or packaging. Native Salesforce integration processing is not included in this update.
